Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from El’Capo. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
